基于SOC 单片机C8051F022 的直流电机伺服系统

摘    要:使用C8051F022内部硬件模块,采用软件设置各自工作特性的方式搭建传统直流伺服系统,使虚拟闭环代替传统的电流环、速度环、位置环控制,以最小的硬件结构最大化实现无刷直流电机闭环控制.同时,本文详细分析了各硬件模块的软件设置方式和控制原理,以及采用本系统给直流电机控制所带来的优势.

Abstract:The paper introduces the method to construct DC servo system by utilizing the programmed hardware modules of C8051F022. Replacing current reactive circuit, speed reactive circuit and position reactive circuit by virtual feedback, the system maximizes its function in controlling brushless DC driver system with minimal hardware. Meanwhile, the paper anatomizes the hardware programming methods and controlling principles, and lists the advantages of C8051F022 system in controlling DC servo system.
