柴油碱洗-络合萃取脱硫工艺

摘    要:根据国内柴油的特点,在目前普遍应用的碱洗方法的基础上,采用碱洗-溶剂络合萃取方法,提高柴油中硫的脱除率。由于柴油中的硫化物存在孤对电子与络合剂作用形成络合物,通过实验对络合剂进行了筛选,分析和讨论了硫脱除率和柴油回收率的影响因素,同时也对络合机理进行了研究。结果表明,复合试剂V(L2)/V(L1)=0.2,剂油体积比(V(剂)/V(油))=0.12和金属化合物B(质量分数为0.03%)络合萃取柴油,脱硫率可达67.2%,柴油回收率可达96%,达到国标柴油硫质量分数的要求。该过程工艺简单,投资少,目前比较适合应用在国内还没有加氢能力的中小型炼油企业。

Process of Lye Washing-Combining and Extracting Desulfurization in Diesel Oil
Abstract:According to the property of domestic diesel oil and based on the widely used lye washing method, a lye washing-complex-extracting desulfurization method was used in the study to eliminate sulfide in diesel oil with great desulfurization rate. Since the sulfide in diesel has isolated couple electron, it can form complexant with complexing agent, the complexant was screened by many experiments, the factors that influence the desulfurization rate and the recovery of the diesel were discussed and analyzed. The result shows that using complexant L1-L2 (V(L2)/V(L1)=0.2), the agent-to-oil ratio is 0.12 and metallide B (ω(B)=0.03%) to combine and extract sulfide, the desulfurization rate can reach as high as 67% and the recovery ratio can achieve 96%, and it can conform to the requirement of national standard of sulfide content in diesel oil. The process is simple and investment cost is lower, which fits in medium and small sized refinery enterprises that have no hydrogenation capability at the present.
