| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GIST)的临床表现、病理特点及外科治疗.＃方法对28例GIST患者的临床和病理资料进行回顾性分析.对其免疫组织化学方法检测的CD117、CD34、SMA、S-100结果进行研究.结果 该组病例均手术切除,其中GIST发生部位胃占58%(16/28)、小肠32%(9/28)、结直肠10%(3/28).良性10例,肿瘤平均直径(3.2±12)cm,交界性4例,平均直径(4.3±1.3)cm,恶性14例,平均直径(8.5±1.5)cm,CD117阳性表达率89%(25/28),CD34阳性率32%(9/28),SMA阳性率25%(7/28),S-100阳性率14%(4/28).结论 肿瘤大小是判断肿瘤良恶性的一个重要指标,CD117阳性是确诊GIST最重要的诊断依据,手术是GIST主要的治疗手段.

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the clinical behavior, pathological diagnosis and surgical treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs).
