摘    要:研究了不同工艺对PP/纳米CaCO3复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,加工工艺不同,复合材料力学性能不一样,在超声波作用下的纳米CaCO3在PP中有良好的分散性,复合材料力学性能最好,母料法效果次之,直接填充法效果最差。

Abstract:The effect of the different processing methods on the mechanical properties of PP/nano-CaCO3 composites were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the composites varied with the change of the processing methods that nano-CaCO3 could be equably dispersed in PP by ultrasonic wave, and the mechanical properties of the composites were best, the mas-terbatch dispersion of nano-CaCO3 took the second place, and direct filling of nano-CaCO3 were worst.
