| 摘 要： | 本文采用HPLC法测定生物样本中阿魏酸含量,并以阿魏酸为测定指标,对兔口服阿魏酸单体、单味当归、配伍药对当归-芍药的药动学特征作了比较研究。结果表明三种不同给药组间阿魏酸的吸收存在差异,吸收速度为阿魏酸单体组>单味当归组>当归芍药药对组。

| Abstract: | A sensitive and specific method of HPLC was used to measure the level of Ferulic acid (FA) in biological specimens. After oral administration of the solution of sodium Ferulate (SF) and the decoctions of Danggui, Danggui-Baishao to rabbits, the pharmaco-kinetic characteristics of FA of each of tested-drugs in body were compared with each other.The results imply that the pharmacokinetic parameters were found to have difference between each other.The rate of absorption: SF group>Danggui group>Danggui-Baishao group. |
