培养医学生临床综合能力探讨

医学生的素质教育和综合能力培养一直是备受关注而又存在诸多矛盾的问题,其中医学生临床综合能力的培养尤显重要。加强医学生临床综合能力的培养,是我国医学院校实施创新教育,培养创新人才面临的重要问题。在教学中从学生学习能力、沟通能力和适应能力三方面着手,加强临床综合思维培养,注重医学知识掌握和临床技能的训练,使其成为具有良好的职业道德。并且,使学生自觉地集中精力完成从学生到医师、从学校到社会的转变。

Exploration on the Cultivation of Clinical Comprehensive Ability of Medical Students

The medical education about quality education and comprehensive ability training have been concerned and contradictions exist problems of clinical medicine,the cultivation of students＇comprehensive ability is particularly important.Strengthening medical students＇ comprehensive ability,clinical medical colleges in China＇s education innovation,cultivating innovative talents are the important problems facing.Teachers should teach students learning ability,communication skills and the ability to adapt to three aspects,strengthen clinical comprehensive thinking training,medical knowledge mastering and clinical skills training,with good professional ethics.Also,teachers should make students consciously focus to students from schools to physicians and social transformation.
