锅炉汽包水位系统的预测函数控制

摘    要:在给出具有可测干扰系统的预测函数控制(PFC)算法的基础上,结合预测函数控制、串级调节的优点,提出了锅炉汽包水位控制系统的PFC—PID透明控制策略:内回路采用PID控制快速消除给水流量的扰动,外回路采用带前馈补偿的PFC控制,可有效地克服汽包水位系统的另一主要扰动——蒸汽流量的扰动,同时PFC的强鲁棒性保证了在对象特性变化的情况下系统仍然具有良好的调节品质。计算机仿真结果显示了该控制策略的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:Based on the advantages of Predictive Functional Control (PFC) and cascade control, PFC algorithm for water level systems with measurable disturbance is presented. The authors put forwards a PFC-PID transparent control strategy for water level control system. PID control is used in inner loop to stable the controlled plant and to overcome the disturbance of water-feed quantity quickly. PFC algorithm with feed-back compensation is adopted in outer loop which takes the PID controller and controlled plant as a generalized controlled object. The strong robust stability of PFC guarantees good regulating performance while controlled plant varies. Computer simulation results shows that the control strategy is effective and agrees with practice.
