| Abstract: | A kind of intelligent IC card electrical power meter, which have a single chip microcomputer unit on the basis of induction electric meter, is introduced in this paper, and the electric energy via a measure chip can be measured with the meter. The message can be sent to the electrometer via a IC card by users and management department. It goes into details on the functions and the originality of system which consists of single chip microcomputer application system. Some diagrams of software and hardware of this system are given. |
