加工海洋高酸原油常减顶冷却器腐蚀原因分析

摘    要:阐述了加工海洋高酸原油的常减压蒸馏装置一脱三注工艺防腐蚀措施的运行情况以及常减顶冷却器的腐蚀情况,对引起常压塔顶和减压塔顶冷凝冷却器的腐蚀原因进行了分析,认为腐蚀的主要原因是高酸原油电脱盐后盐含量高,造成塔顶氯离子含量高,提出了减轻腐蚀的措施。

Abstract:The corrosion protection by desahing and injection of water, corrosion inhibitor and fouling inhibitor for atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit processing marine high - TAN crude oils and the corrosion of overhead coolers of atmospheric and vacuun distillation towers are elaborated. The corrosion causes of tower overhead coolers are studied. The analysis concluded that th, main culprits of corrosion are the high salt content in the desalted high - TAN crude oil, which results in higher chorine ions in the overhead. Corresponding measures have been recommended for the mitigation of corrosion.
