摘    要:铝电解生产过程中产生的低浓度SO2、CO2及含氟、含Al2O3粉尘烟气,会对人体健康造成危害、对环境造成污染.而现有技术不能同时对含SO2、含氟及含Al2O3粉尘的烟气进行高效治理.本研究集成低浓度SO2治理技术及含氟、含Al2O3粉尘烟气循环利用生产冰晶石工艺技术,获得“电解铝SO2、CO2及含氟烟气循环利用生产冰晶石的方法”发明专利,文章介绍了该专利及适用范围,为新建电解铝厂低浓度SO2及含氟烟气治理提供技术支持.

Abstract:The low SO concentration and CO2, fluorine and AI203 dust containing gas generated from aluminum electrolysis productive process is harmful to environment and human body health. However, the existing technology cannot efficiently treat the gas contai- ning SO2, fluorine, AI203 dust simultaneously. The patented research integrates the low concentration SO2 treatment technology and cryolite production technology by recycling utilization of the gas containing fluorine and A1203 dust; the patent and its application scope is introduced in this paper, which can give the technical support to the treatment of low SO, concentration gas with fluorine in newly - buih electrolytic alu- minum factory.
