| 摘 要： | 概括了当今机构知识库发展存在的问题,并分析了产生这些问题的原因.针对目前科研管理信息化环境的需求,探讨从项目流程管理、成果登记、科研数据挖掘和统计分析、作品传播保护、长期保存及版权服务等方面拓展机构知识库的服务功能,实现机构知识库持续、健康、快速发展.
