摘    要:中密度板生产废水含有大量的单宁和木质素,采用通常物化方法几乎不能将其降解。文章采用厌氧-好氧(A/O法)组合工艺进行处理实验,并对处理过程中微生物种群变化情况进行观察。实验结果显示,通过厌氧和好氧处理后废水中的污染物得到有效降解,COD的去除率可达98.36%,色度的去除率约为83.33%。对出水再进行简单的物化处理即可达到GB8978-96的废水排放二级标准。实验结果证明用A/O法处理中密度板生产废水是一种行之有效的处理方法。

Abstract:The middle density fibreboard(MDF) wastewater ,which contains a great deal of tannin and xylogen mainly, usually can not be degraded by common physicochemical methods. In the lab-scale by class tank, the anaerobic-aerobic (A/O) method is applied to treat such wastewater, watching the variation of microbe community. The result shows that the contaminants can be degraded effectually, the COD removal rate can reach 98.36%, and the decolourization rate can reach 83.33%. The processed wastewater,which was treated again by the common physicochemical methods,could reach the discharge standard of grade 2 in GB8978-96. The result proves that it is much efficient to use the (A/O) method to treat the MDF wastewater.
