| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了知识产权的法律意义,并从体育竞赛的公平性、无地域性、不可复制性、无国家授予性和具有技术性和艺术性的体育竞赛表演不属于文艺作品等五方面论证了体育运动技战术的创造发明不能成为知识产权的具体原因。

| Abstract: | From the angle of IPR,the paper deals with its significance in terms of law and the reasons why the invention concerned with PE athletic tactics could not entitled to IPR as follows,i.e.its nature of fairness,non-territory,non-replicability,non-grant by nation,and non-artistic works. |
