管道焊接过程的温度场数值模拟

摘    要:以20#钢钢管的对接接头为研究对象,应用ANSYS软件,对其焊接过程的温度场进行了数值模拟,获得了其焊缝区的瞬态温度场以及各点的焊接热循环曲线.结果表明,起焊位置处各节点经历了两次升温过程,其它位置处节点只经历了一次;距离焊缝中心等距离的节点所经历的热循环过程呈现相同的变化规律;距焊缝中心远近不同的点所经历的热循环各不相同,节点越接近热源,温度升高越剧烈,所能达到的最高温度越高.

Abstract:The pipeline butt joint of AISI - 1020 steel was investigated, and the temperature field during welding process was simulated using FEA software - ANSYS. The transient temperature field of the weld zone and the thermal cycle curves of the nodes were obtained. The results show that the temperature of the nodes which are at the places rise high only on beginning of the welding line rise high twice, and the nodes which are at other ce. The thermal cycle processes of the nodes with the same distance to the welding line have the same variation law. The nodes with different distances to the welding line have different thermal cycles, and the nearer to the welding line, the higher the maximum temperature can arrive at and the faster the heating velocity.
