Abstract:According to the WHO (World Health Organization), the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has become the third leading cause of death in the group. The management of stable COPD patients to mitigate the attack, it is based on his system. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease management system, portable spirometer and things mobile applications handheld, is a clinical information database.
