| 摘 要： | 目的 对8家地级市医院的综合效益进行评价,为改进医疗质量提供科学依据.方法 采用秩和比法评价医院综合效益.结果 对8家医院进行综合分析：D、A、H医院的综合效益为优,B、F、E、C医院综合效益为良,G医院为差.结论 秩和比法简单直观,是医院管理工作者快速评价医院工作质量的有效方法,但准确性和指导意义还应辩证看待.

| Abstract: | Objective To ev duate the comprehensive benefits of eight municipal hospitals and provide evidence for improving the quality of the hospital. Method Rank - sum ratio method was used to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of the hospitals. Result After comprehensive evaluation of the eight hospitals , the comprehensive benefits of the D, A and H hospitals were execllent, the B, F, E and C hospital＇s comprehensive benefits were good, and the G hospital was poor. Conclusion Rank -sum ratio method is simple for application and its accuracy and intuitionistic meaning should be further considered. It is an effective method for the hospital managers to quickly evaluate the quality of hospital work. |
