| 摘 要： | 对快速直读光谱仪和原位分析仪的工作原理进行了对比。为解决实际生产中利用酸洗检验铸坯偏析无法定量化描述的问题,将铸坯切割成小试样利用快速直读光谱仪模拟原位分析仪对铸坯质量进行检测,实现了对铸坯偏析的量化检测,为酸洗检测铸坯偏析提供了一种借鉴和补充。

| Abstract: | It is compared the work principles of fast direct-reading spectrometer and in-situ analyzer.To solve the problem in actual production of could not being able to illustrate cast billet segregation in quantity,we cut cast billet into small sample,use fast direct-reading spectrometer to simulate in-situ analyzer to check the quality of cast billet,realize quantitative determination of segregation of cast billet. |
