摘    要:目前煤矿对巷道注浆加固技术认识不足,本文提出分层注浆技术,针对钻孔设计、注浆材料选择、注浆压力、注浆时机等关键问题进行分析探讨,提出综合性建议,给巷道注浆设计提供理论依据,使巷道注浆设计更具有针对性,取得更好的注浆效果。工程实例表明,根据最佳注浆时机,采用分层注浆加固技术可以有效封闭浅层巷帮,提高深孔注浆量,控制围岩变形。

Abstract:At present,coal mines have insufficient understanding of roadway grouting reinforcement technology.This paper proposes layered grouting technology to analyze and discuss key issues such as drilling design,grouting material selection,grouting pressure and grouting timing,and put forward comprehensive suggestions for roadway.The grouting design provides a theoretical basis to make the grouting design of the roadway more targeted and achieve better grouting effect.The engineering example shows that according to the optimal grouting time,the layered grouting reinforcement technology can effectively close the shallow alley,improve the deep hole grouting and control the surrounding rock deformation.
