摘    要:为实现煤矿旋转机械故障自动监测、诊断和预警,减少无计划停机,提高机械维修效率,针对现有同类技术无法进行故障在线提取和自动识别等问题,设计一种矿用旋转类设备运行自动监测及预警系统。系统采用模块化功能设计,利用SO 2372-1974《设备振动标准》预设故障数据库,通过加速度传感器收集机械振动曲线,通过分析振动信号得到旋转机械运转情况下的振动参数,并与预设的故障数据库参数特征相对比,完成机械故障的自动监测。系统具有精细监测和粗略监测2种监测模式,利用互锁形式进行关联。转子-轴承旋转模拟实验结果表明:该系统可以对旋转机械故障进行早期的判断、实时监测和预警,系统可靠性高,操作简便。

Abstract:To achieve coal mine rotating machinery fault automatic monitoring, diagnosis,and early warning,to reduce unplanned downtime,improve the efficiency of mechanical maintenance, in view of the problem that the existing similar technology can’t carry out the online fault extraction and automatic recognition,a mine rotating equipment operation automatic monitoring and early warning system was designed. The system adopts modular function design,uses SO 2372-1974 Standard of Equipment Vibration for default fault database,collects the mechanical vibration curve through acceleration sensors,based on the analysis of vibration signal,gets the vibration parameters of rotating machinery operation case,and compared with the presupposition of fault database parameter characteristics,completes the automatic monitoring of mechanical failure. The system has fine and rough two monitoring mode,uses the interlock forms for associated. Rotor-bearing rotation simulation test results show that the system can carry out rotating machinery fault early judgment,real-time monitoring and early warning,which has high reliability and easy operation.
