摘    要:针对双螺杆压缩机工作过程中振动剧烈以及噪声问题,基于模态叠加法建立螺杆转子的刚柔耦合模型,通过柔性化理论以及碰撞理论对螺杆转子进行动力学分析。得到转子变形、应力、啮合力以及转子质心的变化规律,对转子结构设计优化有一定参考价值。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of severe vibration and noise during the operation of the twin screw compressor, a rigid-flexible coupling model of the screw rotor was established based on the modal superposition method, and the dynamic analysis of the screw rotor was performed through the flexibility theory and the collision theory. The change law of rotor deformation, stress, meshing force and rotor centroid were obtained, which has certain reference value for rotor structure design optimization.
