井下瓦斯抽采钻孔新型防斜装置研制与应用

针对煤矿井下瓦斯抽采钻孔施工中防斜装置安装拆卸困难、作业危险性高、损耗成本高等问题,分析了现有钻孔防斜装置的缺点。基于瓦斯抽采钻孔施工防斜原理,研制了一种护板可拆卸式新型钻孔防斜装置,并将该装置应用于平煤八矿。结果表明:新型防斜装置终孔上下平均偏差量控制在1.69 m,左右平均偏差量控制在2.41 m,安装、拆卸总时长比传统防斜装置减少50%。该装置在钻孔施工过程中防斜效果良好,且安装拆卸简单、安全、高效,能够缩短施工周期,减少损耗成本。

Development and Application of New Anti-incline Device for Underground Gas Drainage Drilling

Aiming at the problems of difficulty in installation and removal,the high risk of operation,and the high cost of loss for the anti-incline device during the gas drainage drilling in coal mines,the shortcomings of the existing anti-incline devices for drilling were analyzed.Based on the principle of gas drainge driling anti-incline,a new type of drilling anti-incline device with removable guard plate was developed and applied to Pingmei No.8 mine.The results show that the average deviation of the upper and lower end holes of new anti-incline device is controlled at 1.69 m,and the average deviation of the left and right is controlled at 2.41 m.The total installation and removal time of the device is 50%less than that of the traditional anti-incline device.The device has a good anti-incline effect during the drilling construction process,and the installation and disassembly are simple,safe and efficient,which can shorten the construction period and reduce the loss cost.
