某柴油机性能优化与装车适应性研究

摘    要:针对某柴油机装车使用暴露的性能和可靠性问题,进行了柴油机性能优化研究、动力舱冷却系统测试分析以及相关部件改进研究。通过柴油机性能优化,影响装车使用可靠性和机动性的柴油机排气温度得到大幅度降低;通过减小增压器转动惯量,柴油机动态响应性能得到大幅度提高;通过采用水—空中冷冷却系统,解决了原空—空中冷冷却系统进气阻力大,严寒地区使用冷起动进气过冷,大负荷使用存在热冲击和燃烧室部件烧蚀等问题。

Abstract:For the performance and reliability problem of diesel engine in the vehicle,the performance optimization was carried on,the cooling system of power compartment was tested and analyzed,and the relative parts were modified.Through the performance optimization,the exhaust temperature that influenced the reliability and mobility of diesel engine was greatly decreased.Reducing the inertia of turbocharger,the dynamic response of diesel engine was significantly improved.With the water-air intercooler,the resistanc...
