摘    要:以20MN热模锻液压机为例,通过对其模具、垫板及下横梁的三维接触分析,具体分析了模具、垫板及下横梁的承载特性和应力、变形状态。并据此提出了改善模具与下横梁受力状态的相应设计方案。

Abstract:In this paper, by taking 20MN hot die forging hydraulic press for example, and based on 3D FEM simulation, the working characteristics of forging die and bearing assembly is discussed in detail. On this grounds, corresponding designing plan for improving load condition of forging die and beam are suggested.
