直接转矩控制的十二区段控制方法

摘    要:由于直接转矩控制具有算法简单、动态响应迅速、对参数变化鲁棒性强的特点,至今已经得到了广泛的应用。传统的直接转矩控制采用六边形磁链控制或六区间的圆形磁链控制,造成转矩脉动大,而且当考虑定子电阻压降的影响时,其区间选择存在缺陷。针对传统六区段控制方式电压选择表的缺陷和当定子磁链处于区段线附近时控制性能差的特点,本文推导了磁链和转矩控制公式,分析并指出了考虑定子电阻压降影响时,传统六区段方式电压选择表的缺陷,提出了十二区段控制方法及其电压选择表和实现方法。理论和试验分析比较了六区段和十二区段控制方法控制性能。结果表明十二区段控制方法较六区段控制方法有更好的性能。

Abstract:Direct torque control has been applied widely due to its simple arithmetic, quickly dynamic-response and well robust to the variation of parameter. Traditional DTC uses hexagon flux control or six-section circle-flux. When the voltage of stator resistance is considered, its section choice has defect. To deal with the defect of traditional six section control of voltage select table and the performance decline when stator flux is near the section line, the flux and torque formula are deducted in the paper to analyze the defect of traditional six section control of voltage select table under consideration of the voltage drop on the stator resistance, and twelve section control method of voltage select table and the implementation is presented. The theoretical and experimental analysis compares the performance of these two section control methods. The results of experiment and simulation verify the better performance of twelve section control method.
