摘    要:探讨了4种硅烷偶联剂对聚丙烯(PP)/水镁石(BC)复合材料性能的影响.结果说明硅烷偶联剂均可提高材料的力学性能,m(PP):m(BC):m(KH-550)=50:50:3材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度比m(PP):m(BC)=50:50分别提高34.9%和91.5%.SEM显示偶联剂改善了PP/BC体系的相容性;POM表明偶联剂激活了异核结晶的晶核,增强了PP在BC表面的异核结晶作用,使晶球的大小分散趋于更小更均匀.流变性能测试结果表明,硅烷偶联剂是该体系的润滑剂.各种实验表明KH-550效果最好.

Abstract:The effect of four kinds of silane coupling agents on the properties of polypropylene(PP)/brucite(BC) composite was disscussed.Testing results showed that mechanical property was improved by adding coupling agents;The tensile strength and impact strength of m(PP)∶m(BC)∶m(KH-550)=50∶50∶3 composite were enhanced by 34.9% and 91.5% respectively compared with m(PP)∶m(BC)=50∶50.SEM indicated that the coupling agents improved the compatibility of the PP/BC system.POM illustrated that the coupling agents activated the heterogeneous nucleation centers on the filler surface,and made the crystal sphere size grow smaller and dispersion become uniform.Rheological behavior showed that silane coupling agents were the lubricant of the PP/BC system.All fact manifested KH-550 was preferable.
