摘    要:焦化废水是一类难处理的工业废水,其中的含氮杂环类有机物很难通过生化法处理降解.采用自行设计的活性炭三维粒子电极电化学反应器,对焦化废水进行电催化处理的实验研究.根据对某钢铁厂焦化废水及其现有生化处理工艺出水的水质分析,选择吡啶、喹啉、吲哚等焦化废水中代表性难降解含氮杂环类有机物进行电催化降解,2h总有机碳(TOC)去除率可分别达到65%、76%和80%,而对3者的混合模拟水样进行矿化实验,3hTOC去除率可达70%,证实此法能有效地将含氮杂环类有机物开环降解矿化.在槽压为3V的条件下,利用此法对实际焦化废水进行电催化处理,5hCODCr去除率可达到60%左右,能耗为14.33(kW.h)/kg CODCr.三维粒子电极电催化法作为生化法的前处理或深度处理技术,具有较好的工业应用前景.

Experimental research on electrocatalytic treatment of coking wastewater by three-dimensional electrode
Abstract:Coking wastewater is a kind of intractable industrial wastewater due to the refractory nitrogen heterocyclic compounds in it.In the present study,a three-dimensional electrode reactor packed with GAC was designed and used to deal with coking wastewater.Based on water quality analysis of coking wastewater and the effluent after biochemical process,pyridine,quinoline and indole,were chosen as the representatives of the nitrogen heterocyclic compounds to be treated by this three-dimensional electrolysis.The results showed that the 2 hours TOC removal rates of pyridine,quinoline and indole are 65%,76% and 80%,respectively.For the wastewater simulated by these three organics,the 3-hour TOC removal rate can attain 70%.It is verified that this method can mineralize the nitrogen heterocyclic compounds effectively.Finally,the actual coking wastewater was also treated by the present three-dimensional electrolysis process.When the voltage was 3V,the 5-hour CODCr removal rate was up to 60%,with the energy consumption of 14.33 kW·h/kg CODCr.Therefore,this three-dimensional electrolysis has good prospects for industrial application as the pretreatment or the advanced treatment for the biochemical processes.
