磺化聚砜锌盐离聚物对原位复合体系的增容改性作用

摘    要:采用不同磺化度的聚砜磺酸锌盐做增容剂对聚砜和一种半芳族聚酯液晶 (TL CPAl)原位复合体系进行增容改性处理。试验结果表明 ,随着聚砜磺酸锌盐的加入 ,原位复合体系的相容性得到了明显改善。该类增容剂的增容改性效果与磺化度及增容剂的用量有关 ,在适宜的磺化度及用量条件下 ,增容剂的增容效果非常明显 ,原位复合体系的力学性能得到明显提高。形态表明 ,聚砜磺酸锌盐的加入对热致液晶聚合物 (TLCP)的成纤性影响较小。

Abstract:Insitu composite system of polysulfone and semiaromatic liquid crystalline polyester(TLCPAl)is compatibilized by sulfonated polysulfone zincate ionomer (ZnSPSF)with different sulfonation degrees.Experimental results show that with the addition of ZnSPSF, the compatibility of the system is improved greatly.The compatible effect of ZnSPSF depends on the sulfonation degree and dosage of it.The morphology shows that the addition of ZnSPSF has little effect on the fiberformability of TLCPAl.onationd
