| 摘 要： | 市场经济的发展和社会人才需求结构的变化对高职教育内涵建设提出了新的要求.对当前高职院校实践技能培养方面存在的一些问题进行了分析.高职院校要以培养高技能人才为目标,从办学理念、专业设置、课程体系、师资队伍、基地建设等方面深化教学改革,构建具有特色的高职教育教学体系.

| Abstract: | For the development of our market-oriented economy and the variation in composition of trained personnel by the society,there arise new demands for the connotative construction of higher vocational education.This paper analyses the present problems in developing students' practical skills in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should,taking aim of tracning high-tech personnel,further their teaching innovations from such aspects as concepts of education,discipline arrangements,curriculum modes,constitutents of faculty and building of fieldwork bases,so as to construct the teaching system in higher vocational education with specific characteristics. |
