摘    要:从哲学的层面对新时期高校科技创新及其主体的内涵进行了界定.高校科技创新不仅指科学研究及科技成果的形成,还包括成果的转化的过程;其主体除高校教师及在校学生外,还包括学校科技管理部门、高校科技企业以及科技中介机构等.推进我国高校科技创新,要紧紧抓住并围绕高校师生这一核心要素,充分发挥不同主体的作用并实现协调一致.

Abstract:From the philosophical field,this paper formulates definitions on the connotations of new-period scientific and technological innovations and the subject in institutions of higher learning.Scientific and technological innovations in colleges and universities not only refer to scientific researches and the formation of scientific and technical achievements,but comprise the transformation process of the achievements as well.Besides their teachers and students,the subject includes their sci-tech administrative departments,enterprises and intermediary institutions.To promote scientific and technological innovations in our colleges and universities,we must hold fast to and focus on the key elements of teachers and students,give full play to the roles of different principal parts and achieve their coordination.
