慢性磷化氢中毒患者的神经肌电图分析

摘    要:目的:观察慢性磷化氢中毒患者的肌电图(EMG)、神经传导速度(NCV)表现.方法:对49例慢性磷化氢中毒的患者进行NCV和EMG检测.结果:纤颤电位出现率为9.7%,正锐波为8.2%;重收缩时运动单位电位(MUP)时限延长11.7%,波幅增高4.6%,多相电位增多7.7%;重收缩呈单纯相15.8%,混合相14.3%.感觉神经传导速度(SCV)减慢19.4%,未引出波形2%.运动神经传导速度(MCV)减慢28.6%,未引出波形6.1%.远端潜伏期延长24%.结论:慢性磷化氢中毒患者有部分可出现周围神经损害,其损害以运动神经远端为主,肌肉损害较轻,神经电图检测对了解周围神经损害有重要价值.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the change of electromyogram(EMG)and nerve conduction velocity(NCV) in patients with chronic phosphine poisoning. Methods: NCV and EMG were examined in 49 patients with chronic phosphine poisoning . Results:Through EMG tests, fiber quiver potential was 9.7%, positive sharp wave was 8.2%, MUP of light shrink prolonged by 11.7%, amplitude increased by 4.6%, multi-phase potential increased by 7.7% ,while 15.8% single-phase and 14.3% mix-phase occurred on re-contract. NCV and SCV decreased by 19.4% and 2% of the patients have no waves, MCV decreased by 28.6% and 6.1% have no wave, while distal latency increased by 24%.Conclusions: Peripheral nerve damage might be found in a number of chronic phosphine poisoning patients. The motor nerves distal is damaged severely and muscles are damaged slightly. Electromyoneurogram tests might have significant value on chronic phosphine poisoning diagnosis.
