深圳公明镇高危型HPV感染现状及年龄分布

目的调查深圳公明镇妇女高危型HPV感染现状及年龄分布,为HPV疫苗的使用提供理论依据。方法对本院妇科2010年1月至2012年12月的10800例就诊妇女作21种HPV基因型别检测,结合患者年龄信息用卡方检验对检测结果作统计分析。结果 HPV总感染率为38.5%（4158例）;高危型HPV的感染率达到28.4%（3067例）,单一高危型HPV感染占85.2%（2613例）,以16型（932例）为主;经统计分析高危型HPV感染率在不同年龄段妇女间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论深圳公明镇女性HPV感染情况与年龄分布与国内其他地区有一定差异,提示应用HPV疫苗时应考虑分型及年龄因素。

The status and age distribution of high-risk HPV infection in GongMing town of ShenZhen

Objective To investigate the high-risk HPV（HR-HPV） infection and age distribution among women in GongMing town of ShenZhen. Methods 21 HPV genotyped detection to 10800 women admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012,then statistically analyzed the test results and data of age with Chi-square test. Results The total infection rate was 38. 5% （4158 cases）; HR-HPV infection rate was 28. 4% （3067 cases）,in which 85. 2% （2613 cases） were single HR-HPV infection,and the type of HPV-16 （932 cases） was the most common type; there was significant differences in women’s HR-HPV infection of different ages（P 0.05）. Conclusion HR-HPV infection status and age distribution are little difference among women in GongMing,ShenZhen and other cities in China,it’s necessary to cosider the age-specific and subtypespefic in application of HPV vaccines.
