铝电磁场快速铸轧网络化控制系统的设计

摘    要:为了使分布在不同地域的现场控制设备和控制子系统有机地连接成一体,达到宽广地域的远程监视与控制,提出了铝电磁场快速铸轧网络化控制系统.该系统设计采用三层网络结构,以工业以太网和现场总线作为通信网络,融合了控制技术、计算机网络技术、通讯技术,具有模块化、分散控制、高可靠性、易于工程开发和维护以及低成本等优点,铝电磁场快速铸轧网络化控制系统满足了生产过程管控一体化的需要.

Design of A Electromagnetically Fast Cast-rolling of Aluminum Networked Control System
Abstract:To connect control equipments and subsystems located at different areas as a organic whole for remote monitoring and control in a large range,a electromagnetically fast cast-rolling of aluminum networked control system is proposed.The design of the system,where the industrial Ethernet and Field Bus are designed as communication network,adopts a three layer network structure.The control system,which includes control technology,computer network technology and communication technology,has some advantages,such as module,distributed control,high reliability,easy engineering development and maintenance,and low cost,The electromagnetically fast cast-rolling of aluminum networked control system meets the demand of management and control integration.
