端丙烯酰胺基光敏性大分子单体的合成及性能研究

摘    要:以异氟尔酮-二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺等为主要原料,利用大单体合成技术,制备了两端由丙烯酰胺基团封端的聚氨酯大分子单体。该大分子单体具有良好的光敏特性,将其在紫外光照射下交联固化得到一种新型的透明高分子材料。研究探讨了大单体的固化机理、紫外光辐照时间及光引发剂对大单体固化度的影响,结果表明:该大单体在紫外光灯源下照射3 h,其固化度达73%左右;当向体系中加入1%的光引发剂后,在紫外光灯源下照射6 h,其固化度可达95%左右。

Abstract:Macromonomer of polyurethane with two ends capped with acrylamide group was prepared using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polyethylene glycol(PEG) and Nhydroxymethyl acrylamide as major raw materials.The macromonomer possessed excellent photosensitivity,and a kind of novel transparent polymer material was synthesized through crosslinking of the macromonomer and curing by ultraviolet radiation.The curing mechanism and the influence of ultraviolet radiation time and photo-initiator on the degree of curing were studied.The results showed that the degree of curing reached about 73% when the macromonomer lain under ultraviolet radiation for 3 h;and the degree of curing reached about 95% when lain under ultraviolet radiation for 6 h and adding 1% of photo-initiator into the macromonomer system.
