干、湿化学法检测部分生化项目结果比较

目的: 对干化学法和湿化学法测定部分生化项目的结果进行比较。方法: 收集44例无溶血、无脂浊血标本,分别在全自动生化分析仪和干化学分析仪上测定8个临床生化项目:丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TB)、尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)。结果: ALT、AST、ALB、UA和Scr的两种分析方法的结果差异均无显著性(P>0.05);TP、BUN和TB用两种分析方法的测定结果差异均有显著性(P<0.05~P<0.001)。结论: 干化学和湿化学两种分析方法对同一项目进行检测时,某些项目检测结果差异有显著性。定期对不同分析仪结果之间进行比对和校准,是保证测定结果准确性的必要措施。

Comparison of the results of some routine biochemical tests by the dry and the liquid chemical methods

Objective: To compare the test results by the dry and the liquid biochemical analyzers.Methods: Forty-four blood samples without hemolysis and hyperlipidemia were analyzed of the alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),total bilirubin(TB),uric acid(UA),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine(Scr) in SPOTCHEMTMⅡ SP-4430 and in OLYMPUS AU2700 chemical analyzer.Results: The test results of BUN,TB,TP were statistically different by the two methods(P<0.05 to P<0.001),but the difference was not significant in those of ALT,AST,ALB,UA and Scr(P>0.05).Conclusions: There are great differences in some of the test results by the dry and the liquid chemical methods.And it is essential to analyze the results by the two methods and calibrate the chemical analyzers so as to assure their accuracy.
