| 摘 要： | 为改善煤的气化性能,本文研究了煤的水蒸汽催化气化反应.考察了南宁褐煤、焦作无烟煤在加入 KOH、Ca(OH)_(2)时,产气量、焦油量、灰中碳含量的变化.由于催化剂可降低灰熔点和增加灰中可溶性硅和枸溶性钾,提出了在煤的催化气化同时,利用副产煤灰制硅钙钾肥料的方法.

| Abstract: | The changes of the amounts of gases and tar produced as well as unconverted carbon in ash were meassured in the presence of KOH and Ca(OH)_2 for Nanning brown coal and Jiaozuo bituminous coal.In view of the fact that the melting point of the ash may be decreased and the amounts of soluble silicon and citric-soluble potassium in the ash may be increased in the presence of the catalyst,a method for preparing a silicon-calcium-potassiurn complex fertllizer with the utilization of the by-product ash is proposed. |
