瑞芬太尼与异丙酚联合用于无痛人流手术临床观察

目的：探讨瑞芬太尼＋异丙酚在无痛人流手术中的效果。方法：将100例孕妇随机分为两组，1组用异丙酚单独静脉给药，2组应用瑞芬太尼与异丙酚联合给药。观察两组孕妇的出血量和药物不良反应。结果：两组孕妇镇痛效果比较P〉0．05，出血量及药物不良反应比较P〈0．05。2组比1组效果好。结论：瑞芬太尼与异丙酚在无痛人流手术中的麻醉效果确切，呼吸抑制发生率低，出血量少，不良反应轻，是一种安全有效的麻醉方法。

Clinical observation of remifentanil combined with propofol for painless artificial abortion

Objectlve：To investigate the effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in the painless operation of artificial abortion. Methods： 100 pregnant women aged 20-35 years old were randomly divided into two groups.Prepofol was used in two group intravenously,besides this,the second group was added with remifentanil in same way.The vital signs and incidence rate of artificial abortion syndrome in two groups were observed respecitvcly.Results and Conclusion：Remifentanil combined with prepofol in the painless operation of artificial abortion has definite anesthetic effect,with low incidence rate of respiratory suppression and high degree of consciousness,and is a safe and effective anesthesia.
