摘    要:航天电子产品在低气压环境下容易发生放电,导致电磁干扰、产品损坏甚至灾难性事故。为确定单机机箱内部压力在轨变化趋势和特点,文章以航天器典型单机机箱为研究对象,首先计算分析了机箱内部压力随时间的变化规律;然后利用特殊工装实际测量了置于真空容器内机箱的内部压力变化。理论计算结果与试验实测结果符合性较好。该研究能够为单机机箱设计、低气压放电防护及评估提供依据和指导。

Abstract:Discharge could easily happen in a low pressure environment for electronic products onboard a spacecraft, to induce electromagnetic interference, product damages, and even catastrophic accidents. To determine the changes and the pressure variations inside a unit case, the pressure is analyzed and calculated. Then, using a special self-developed device, the pressure in the unit case is measured in a vacuum chamber. The calculation results and the measuring results are in good agreement, which may provide some guidance for the design of the unit case, the protection against low-pressure discharge and the evaluation.
