尿微量白蛋白排泄率与糖尿病血管并发症的关系

目的研究尿微量白蛋白排泄率（UAER）水平与糖尿病血管并发症的关系，并探讨其可能的相关因素。方法选择131名2型糖尿病患者，按尿微量白蛋白排泄率分为正常白蛋白尿组、微量白蛋白尿组和大量白蛋白尿组，分析各组患者的大血管和微血管病变发病率的差别，测定各组患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血尿酸、超声心动指标并进行分析。结果三组间糖尿病血管并发症的发生率有显著性差异。并随UAER的升高呈升高趋势。三组间病程、动脉血压、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白及血尿酸有显著性差异。结论糖尿病血管并发症的发生率与UAER密切相关。

The relationship between excretion rate of urinary album and vascular complications of diabetes

Objective To study the relationship between excretion rate of urinary album and vascular complications in type 2 diabetes and analysis of the possible relative factors. Methods 131 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided by urinary album of excretion rate into three groups:normal albuminuria subgroup, microalbuminuria subgroup and macroalbuminuria subgroup, the morbidity of macrovascular and microvascular complications , fasting plasma glucose(FPG) ,HbA1c, serum lipids, serum uric acid(SUA) and Ultrasonic Cardiogram were detected. Results The morbidity of vascular complications increased with the rising of UAER, the differences in course of disease, blood pressure, HbA1c, trglycerides(TG), total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and SUA among three subgroups were statistically significant. Conclusions The morbidity of vascular complications is closed correlated with UAER.
