计算给定流约束的通讯网络可靠度的一个新算法

给出了给定流值的通讯网络非可靠度表达式的较简单的计算方法。定义了一个失效边集，满足：保证系统非正常工作。所有这样的组都可从极小割（系统图）中得到，而且算法简单、迅速。

A New Algorithm for Reliability Evaluation of Telecommunication Network With Link-capacities

This paper gives a simple algorithm for unreliability evaluation of telecommunication networks with link-capacities.This evaluation is fast and simple, it defines a group as a set of branches of failure such that failure of these branches ensures system failure. All such groups are obtained from a knowledge of the minimal cuts of system graph.
