| 摘 要： | 在深层次分析和归纳失地农民在失地过程中丧失的权利和利益的基础上,对现行失地农民安置补偿模式进行了深刻的剖析,提出了新的失地农民安置补偿模式———“统筹兼顾、合理补偿”模式,以期实现对失地农民合法权益保护的帕累托改进。

| Abstract: | Through concluding the rights and interests deprived from the lost-land farmer, the article analyzes the current compensation model in detail and puts forward new compensation model--reasonable compensation model with all factors taken into consideration. The purpose is to fully protect the lost-land farmer's rights and interests. |
