提高燃料型减压塔拔出率的措施

摘    要:燃料型减压塔馏分油主要作为催化裂化或加氢裂化原料,应该尽量提高拔出率,满足二次加工对原料的需求,创造较好经济效益。本文讨论了通过改变传统的湿式减压蒸馏操作、降低塔的压力降、稳定和提高真空度等提高燃料型减压塔拔出率的措施。

Abstract:The distillate oil from the combustible vacuum tower is mainly used as the raw materials for catalytic cracking or hydrogen cracking.Its extraction ratio should be improved as much as possible to meet the rework requirements for the raw materials and produce a better economic returns.some measures to improve extraction ratio of combustible vacuum tower were introduced in this paper,which included the renovation on the traditional practice of wet vacuum distillation,the reduction of the pressure drop of the tower,the stablization and improvement of the vacuity.
