中老年人上睑松垂的治疗

目的；探讨中老年人上睑松垂的整复方法。方法：采用睑去除，眉去除及睑眉联合去除三种方法，矫正不同程度的上睑松垂，对上睑臃肿及凹限严重病例采用选择性脂肪去除，上睑去表皮翻转填充的方法整复。结果：全部病例均I期愈合良好，形态及功能满意。结论：该方法简单，实用，对矫正中老年人上睑松垂可取得较好的临床效果。

The clinical experience of treatment of senile blepharoptoasis
