| 摘 要： | 目的探讨细胞因子诱导的杀伤（Cytokine-induced killer cells,CIK）细胞治疗后肿瘤患者的免疫功能改变。方法采用流式细胞术检测28例肿瘤患者经CIK细胞治疗前后外周血CD4＋CD25＋T细胞比例。结果肿瘤患者CD4＋CD25＋T细胞比例明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。经CIK细胞治疗后,CD4＋CD25＋T细胞比例降低,与治疗前比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但治疗后CD4＋CD25＋T细胞比例仍高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肿瘤患者免疫功能处于抑制状态,CIK细胞治疗能在一定程度上提高患者机体的免疫功能。利用流式细胞术监测患者外周血CD4＋CD25＋T细胞的变化,对于评价疗效与判断预后具有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the immunological function of tumor patients treated with CIK.Methods The CD4＋CD25＋T cells in peripheral blood from patients with tumor（n=28） were detected with flow cytometry.Results The CD4＋CD25＋T cells from patients with tumor are significantly higher than that of control group （P0.05）.The CD4＋CD25＋T cell from patients treated with CIK were decreased.Compared with pre-treatment,the difference of CD4＋CD25＋T cells is significant （P0.05）.But after treatment,the proportion of CD4＋CD25＋T cells is still significantly higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The immunological function of patients with tumor was suppressed and could be enhanced by CIK biotherapy. The detecting of CD4＋CD25＋T cells in peripheral blood from patients with tumor by flow cytometry can play an important role to value curative effect and judge prognosis of the diseases. |
