悬挂式双行开沟机刀盘结构的优化设计

摘    要:针对双行开沟机的关键部件开沟刀盘进行了以刀盘质量最小为目标函数的优化设计,减轻整机的质量。优化结果表明,开沟刀盘最优的结构尺寸为:刀盘内径80mm,刀盘外径600mm,每个刀盘上安装12个刀片,刀盘厚度为7.6mm,比使用常规设计方法设贾的刀盘结构质量减轻32%,从而使机具在满足设计要求的同时,尽可能减轻整机质量。

Abstract:In this paper, we used optimization design with objective function of minimum quality to optimize the knives disk of double ditching machine .Reduced the quality of machine. The structure size of knives disk after optimization showed that: the internal diameter of knives disk is 80mm, external diameter of cutter is 600mm, the number of single knives disk is 12, thickness of knives disk is 7.6mm, the weight of disk decreased by 32%.Making machinery to meet the design requirements at the same time reduced the quality of the machine as much as possible.
