摘    要:基于完全学分制背景,根据课程设置须以满足学习者需求为目标这一原则,对"三本"学生的英语学习需求进行了调查和分析,阐述了独立学院英语课程设置改革的必要性,并提出了几点建议。

Abstract:Based on a survey on the reform of credit system,this paper probes into the undergraduates' learning needs in independent college.An analysis of the findings clarifies the importance of curricular designing reform and the methods to realize it are given.
