未婚流动人口生殖健康需求研究

目的 :了解我国未婚流动人口的生殖健康服务需求情况 ,为有关部门制定适宜的生殖健康服务内容提供依据。方法 :在广州、武汉和重庆 3个城市随机抽取 9个城区 ,每个城区随机抽取 5～ 7个未婚男性和未婚女性流动人口分别进行“未婚流动人口生殖健康服务需求”的选题小组讨论。对选题小组讨论结果进行整理 ,将所有项目按照重要性进行排序。结果 :未婚流动人口对生殖健康知识需求强烈 ,期望的知识获得途径多样 ;他们迫切需求生殖健康体检和免费 (低价 )的避孕药具 ;需要政府加大生殖健康促进的投入与补贴。结论 :未婚流动人口的生殖健康需求涉及的内容和部门十分广泛 ,要提高和改善他们的生殖健康状况 ,必须在政府指导下 ,通过相关部分的分工合作和全社会的参与才能逐步实现

Demands of reproductive health service of unmarried floating population

Objective:To understand the demand of reproductive health service of unmarried floating population so as to supply scientific information for adopting effective reproductive health services for them Methods:21 nominal group discussions were held to collect data in 9 districts in Wuhan,Guangzhou and Chongqing city The key issue was“what are the demands of reproductive health service of floating population” Each group was formed of five to seven participaters who were random sampled from unmarried floating population gender-specific Results:The demands of reproductive health knowledge were positive strong;a number of expected approaches to the knowledge were mentioned;the participants were exigent of reproductive health examinations and free(or low price)contraceptives;more money and subsidy should be invested into reproductive health care of floating population Conclusion:The departments and the content concerned about reproducitve health were so broad that not until each department cooperate well and whole society participation, could the reproductive health status of floating population be improved 〔
