| 摘 要： | 高等教育的发展应当与社会经济发展密切结合 ,高等学校办学应当主动适应国家建设需要 ,这是考察国内外许多高校的办学史得出的基本结论。 2 1世纪 ,我国高校应当重点从学科建设、高素质创新人才培养、科学研究及高新技术产业化入手 ,主动适应和推动社会主义现代化建设 ,这是我国高校办学的努力方向。

| Abstract: | The development of higher education being in close coordination with social economy and running universities to actively serve the needs of state construction are the basic conclusions drawn by the study of many universities within and outside China. In the 21st century, Chinese universities should start emphatically with discipline construction, the cultivation of highly qualified and creative personnels, scientific research and the industrialization of high and new technology to actively adapt to and propel the modernization of socialist construction, which is the direction for running a university in China. |
