辽河油田重复压裂工艺技术研究及应用

摘    要:针对辽河田低渗透油层地质特点和重复压裂工艺的要求,对重复压裂机理进行研究,在此基础上,确定了重复压裂选井选层原则及主要工艺措施,通过研究提高了重复压裂施工成功率和有效期。所采取的主要工艺措施有,加大施工规模、提高施工砂比,选用比初次压裂强度高、导流能力好的支撑剂,投球压裂,人工隔层控制缝高,暂堵压裂施工等配套的重复压裂工艺技术,较好地满足了低渗透油田开发的需要。

Abstract:Repeated fracturing mechanism is studied according to the geological characteristics of low permeability formation in Liaohe oil field and technique requirement. On this basis, well and layer selection principles for repeated fracturing and its principal technique have been decided. Operation success ratio and effective period have been improved through study with all main measures as follows: enlarge operation scale, increase operation sand content, select proppant of good fluid conductivity and stronger fracturing strength compared with initial strength, ball drop fracturing, control fracture height with artificial separate layer, temporary plugging, and the etc. These measures have satisfactorily met the needs of developing low permeability oilfield.
