| Abstract: | An instruction was made on the design and construction technique of smooth blasting combined with the engineering geological conditions of tunnel of Longtan Hydropower Station located in Zhaoan County of Fujiang province.As demonstrated by practice,smooth blasting renders less overbreak or underbreak,less cost,higher economic and social benefits. |
