舒适护理在TURP术后膀胱痉挛病人中的应用

目的:探讨舒适护理对TURP术后膀胱痉挛病人的影响.方法:将162例TURP术后病人分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上,增加生理、心理和社会舒适护理.结果:试验组病人膀胱痉挛发生率及膀胱痉挛性疼痛程度明显低于对照组.结论:将舒适护理应用于TURP术后病人,可明显降低膀胱痉挛发生率,减轻膀胱痉挛性疼痛程度,从而减轻病人痛苦,提高护理工作质量和病人满意度.

Application of comfortable nursing in TURP postoperative bladder spasm patients

Objective ：To discuss the effect of comfortable nursing on TURP postoperative bladder spasm patients. Methods ： 161 cases of TURP patients after operation were divided into two groups, the control group implemented routine nursing care, patients in the experimental group on the basis of routine nursing,added physiology, psychology and society comfortable nursing. Results：The experimental group patients incidence of bladdei spasm, bladder spastic pain level was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion：The comfortable nursing applied in TURP patients after operation, could reduced the incidence of bladder spasm, relieved bladder spasm pain degree, so as to relieved the pain df patients,improved nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
